Like all expensive things, avocados are delicious.
Here's a little dish I whipped with what other ingredients I could afford
juice of half a lemon
2 sprigs of green onion (the whole thing) finely chopped
splash of balsamic vinegar
tsp. parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Mix it and put it on some toast.
Then triple the recipe.
